Florentin Property Solutions was established with a clear purpose: to provide overseas and private clients with a discreet, informed, and highly personalised approach to property advisory in London.
Prior to founding the firm, I spent over a decade at PSS London, a boutique property consultancy in London, advising private and international clients on residential and investment-led transactions. Before transitioning fully into property, I built a substantial career in the financial services sector, working as an Investment Advisor and serving as Head of Sales & Marketing and Business Development. With over 25 years of professional experience, including a strong foundation in wealth management, my approach to property advisory is shaped by strategic thinking, analytical discipline, and a deep understanding of long-term value creation.
Florentin Property Solutions was created to offer a considered alternative to traditional estate agency models, one centred on trusted advisory, carefully selected opportunities, and enduring client relationships. I remain personally involved in every instruction, ensuring each client benefits from informed guidance, discretion, and accountability throughout their property journey and beyond.
I hold a BSc in Mathematical Engineering, which underpins my structured, detail-driven approach to advising clients on complex property and investment decisions.
